Posted in Collaborations by Nneoma Ulu on November 18, 2010

Only 5 more sleeps till Lanvin for H&M hit stores in the UK. Whilst people are figuring out their best method of attack and H&M offering guidelines on how to shop, Gap are quietly preparing to launch a new flagship store in Milan and have collaborated with none other than Valentino to mark this joyous occaion. The collection hits stores on November 20th (same day as Lanvin for H&M in USA) and will be available at Gap’s new flagship store in Milan, Dover Street Market in London, Colette in Paris and Gap’s London flagship. It’s a ruffle extravaganza…

A ruffle extravaganza indeed why so hush hush I wonder? I’m in love with the Lanvin for h&m pieces though, so girly so whimsical but why oh wow cant they finish their clothes properly, that ‘raw’ edge translates to cheap cheap cheap, especially on a party dress. I feel like I’m gonna have to buy these dresses only to hem them myself I hate that ‘raw’ look!
